Leticia Moreno is a South Los Angeles native with a background in childcare and medical administration. She’s been with Elite Permanent Makeup for five years, where she started as a receptionist. Presently, she is our Training Coordinator, ensuring that all of our training courses run smoothly and our students are happy and satisfied.
